Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be citizens of North American countries: United States, Canada, or Mexico
For Master’s Programs:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized national or international higher education institution (minimum 3-year degree program)
- Provide complete transcript of records showing all completed courses
- Demonstrate strong academic performance throughout previous studies
- Meet MCI’s admission requirements for chosen master’s program
For Executive Master’s Programs:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Have relevant professional work experience (typically 3+ years)
- Meet specific admission requirements for executive programs
- Demonstrate current or past engagement in activities related to promoting democracy, global stability, and economic growth
- Show commitment to strengthening transatlantic cooperation and partnerships
- Aim to further engage with and promote these goals during studies at MCI
- Plan to contribute to transatlantic dialogue and collaboration
Language Requirements:
- English proficiency required (programs are taught in English):
- IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent certificates
- Native English speakers may be exempt
- Submit complete application through official MCI application portal
- Submit motivation letter describing future goals supporting scholarship aims and explaining how MCI studies will help achieve these objectives
