These scholarships are designed to promote regional capacity building and international cooperation through advanced education. The programme comprises several distinguished funding streams, including His Majesty the King’s Scholarships, available for both PhD and Master’s candidates; Her Majesty the Queen’s Scholarships, which are targeted at Master’s studies in environmental and sustainability-related disciplines; and the Loom Nam Khong Pijai (Greater Mekong Subregion – GMS) Scholarships, specifically created for Master’s students from GMS countries. Collectively, these awards provide comprehensive financial support, covering full tuition fees, on-campus accommodation, and monthly living allowances, thereby enabling recipients to focus entirely on their academic and research pursuits without financial burden.
