The SIIT Graduate Scholarship Program offers fully-funded opportunities for exceptional students to pursue Master’s and Doctoral degrees at the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), a semi-autonomous institute within Thammasat University. Funded by the Sirindhorn Technology Scholarship Fund, the program provides comprehensive support through three scholarship categories: Excellent Foreign Students (EFS) for international applicants, Excellent Thai Students (ETS) for Thai nationals, and Faculty’s Quota for both Thai and international students tied to specific research projects.

Established in 1992 as a research-focused institute within Thammasat University (one of Thailand’s oldest and most prestigious universities), SIIT delivers world-class English-language education in science, technology, engineering, and management. Located at Thammasat University’s Rangsit Center in Pathum Thani (just north of Bangkok), SIIT operates with semi-autonomous administration and self-financing similar to a deemed university, while graduates receive Thammasat University degrees recognized globally. The institute comprises five academic schools offering graduate programs in diverse fields including Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Management, Information and Communication Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Photonics, and more.
