QuanTEEM is a prestigious Erasmus Mundus Joint Master programme in Quantum Technologies and Engineering, offering students from all over the world the opportunity to pursue a fully mobile two-year Master’s degree across multiple leading European universities, with study periods at up to three different institutions and an internship opportunity anywhere in the world. For the 2026/2028 edition, Erasmus Mundus scholarships will not be available, however the programme remains fully open to motivated applicants willing to self-fund their studies, and a limited number of programme-funded scholarships providing a net monthly allowance of €680 will be available to support selected students.

QuanTEEM brings together leading European research institutions in quantum physics and quantum technologies, offering students a rigorous and internationally immersive Master’s curriculum that combines foundational quantum theory with cutting-edge applications in quantum engineering, quantum computing, quantum sensing, and quantum communication. The programme is delivered by a distinguished consortium of European universities with strong reputations in physics and quantum science, and draws a diverse cohort of students selected from all over the world, creating an exceptionally international and intellectually stimulating learning environment. Graduates of QuanTEEM are well positioned to pursue doctoral studies or careers in the rapidly expanding global quantum technology sector, in both academic research and industry, at a time when quantum technologies are emerging as one of the most strategically important scientific and technological frontiers of the 21st century.
