The University of Dundee Global Excellence Scholarship is a merit-based tuition fee reduction award valued at £7,500 per year of study, available exclusively to high-achieving international fee-paying students enrolling in a full-time, on-campus Bachelor’s programme at the University of Dundee in January 2027. The scholarship is applicable to programmes with tuition fees of £21,800 per year or above excluding Medicine and Dentistry and is open to students from a wide range of countries across Africa, the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania. No separate application is required; eligible students are automatically considered upon submission of their final academic qualifications as part of their course application, and awards cannot be made on the basis of predicted grades or without the necessary documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following:
- Must hold an offer for a full-time, on-campus Bachelor’s programme at the University of Dundee in any academic school, excluding the School of Medicine and the School of Dentistry
- Programme tuition fee must be £21,800 per year or above
- Must achieve AAB at A-Level or above, or an internationally recognised equivalent qualification (equivalencies determined at the discretion of the University of Dundee); Graduate Entry LLB applicants must hold a UK 1st Class degree or equivalent
- Must hold confirmed International Fee-paying student status as indicated in the offer letter
- Must submit final academic qualifications as evidence of meeting the eligibility criteria; awards cannot be made on the basis of predicted grades or without the required documentation
- Must be commencing studies in January 2027

Selection Criteria
The University of Dundee Global Excellence Scholarship (Undergraduate) requires no separate application and is assessed automatically as part of each applicant’s course application, with eligibility determined by the University Admissions Team based on verification of confirmed international fee-paying status, enrolment in an eligible full-time on-campus Bachelor’s programme with fees of £21,800 or above, and demonstrated academic achievement of AAB at A-Level or above or an internationally recognised equivalent with awards only confirmed upon receipt of final qualifications and never on the basis of predicted grades; applicants are strongly advised to ensure all required documentation is submitted promptly to facilitate timely assessment of their eligibility.
