- The value of the scholarship is up to AUD $38,000 per annum for a Doctoral programme at the University of Southern Queensland. This fund can also be used by the students to cover:

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants should:
- Have completed a Bachelor Degree with First Class Honours, or equivalent level.
- Be eligible to be enrolled full-time on-campus in the PhD program at UniSQ.
- Be an international student, not an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident.
- Commence or continue study in 2026.

Selection Criteria
To be selected for this, applicants will be assessed on:
- Academic achievement (e.g., class of honours or equivalent; performance on postgraduate degree; academic prizes and awards)

- Research project and environment (e.g., alignment with UniSQ research priorities; research relevant to Australian research context; external support for the proposed research; impacts of the proposed research; clear articulation of resources required for successful completion)
- Supervisory team (e.g., consult with the supervisory team to demonstrate publication records in high quality journals; complementary expertise; supervisor capacity; resource support for the proposed research)
