Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Hold citizenship from nations within the Global South region (encompassing Asia, Africa, and Latin America), former Soviet Union territories, or countries in eastern and south-eastern regions of Europe
- Candidates from OECD member nations are excluded from eligibility
- Be officially registered at a government-operated or officially recognized university within Germany
