MPOWER Financing proudly presents its Monthly Scholarship Series, awarding a total of US$36,000 annually to assist 36 international scholars in realizing their educational aspirations. This recurring scholarship initiative provides international and DACA students multiple opportunities throughout the year to secure financial support for their studies at supported institutions across the United States and Canada.
MPOWER Financing, established in 2014 by two international students, operates as a Public Benefit Corporation with a dedicated mission to eliminate financial obstacles facing international learners. The organization understands firsthand the challenges international students encounter when financing their education and has created comprehensive scholarship programs addressing these needs. Beyond providing student loans, MPOWER demonstrates commitment to educational access through various scholarship offerings that don’t require repayment.
The Monthly Scholarship Series operates on a straightforward principle: each month brings a fresh theme and renewed opportunity for students to compete for funding. On the first day of every month, MPOWER announces the scholarship theme, and applications remain open until the final Friday of that month. This structure provides twelve distinct chances annually for students to submit applications, significantly increasing their odds of securing financial assistance during their academic journey.
