Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be in F-1 status or plan to obtain an F-1 visa (international student visa).
- Apply to and enroll at California State University, East Bay as a first-time freshman for Fall 2026.
- Display exceptional scholastic ability and prior academic achievement as determined by high school academic standard record, standardized test scores and application essay.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Commit to enrolling in 15 units per semester (full-time status).
- Be seeking to earn an undergraduate degree from CSUEB.
- Have submitted a Cal State Apply application before accessing the scholarship portal.
- Submit unofficial transcripts and test scores by the scholarship deadline.
