Selection Criteria

The Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship selection is primarily based on automatic eligibility verification rather than competitive assessment. Students must be from eligible countries as defined by their domicile in the course application, with award tiers (£3,500, £6,000, or £10,000) determined by country of origin. Academic merit is fundamental—applicants must meet or exceed the published minimum entry requirements for their chosen program exactly as stated on course pages; acceptance with lower grades makes students ineligible for scholarship even if admitted. English language requirements must be satisfied by the specified deadlines.
