The 2026 International Master’s Scholarships Program at Université Paris-Saclay was established to accommodate outstanding international students in accessing high-quality postgraduate education at one of France’s most prestigious universities. Aimed at facilitating access to world-class Master’s programmes and particularly encouraging those who wish to pursue a PhD, the scholarship offers financial support of €10,000 per year, paid monthly throughout the academic year. Through this initiative, Université Paris-Saclay continues its commitment to internationalisation and to attracting the brightest minds from around the globe.

This scholarship will provide the following to its recipients:
- A scholarship of €10,000 per year
- A yearly flat fee of up to €900 to cover travel and visa costs.

- Automatic renewal for a second year for M1 laureates who are admitted into an M2 programme at Université Paris-Saclay upon successful completion of all required credits

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following:
- Must be of foreign nationality
- Must be admitted to a Master’s degree programme at Université Paris-Saclay operated by one of the following institutions: AgroParisTech, CentraleSupélec, ENS Paris-Saclay, INSTN-CEA, IOGS, Université Évry Paris-Saclay, Université Paris-Saclay, or UVSQ
- Must be enrolling in a French higher education institution for the first time — students who have previously been registered in a French HEI (excluding exchange programmes, Erasmus Mundus joint Master’s degrees without a French degree, internships, and language programmes) are not eligible
- Must be under 30 years of age during the year of application
- Must not be receiving any other funding exceeding €600 per month
- The scholarship cannot be combined with France Excellence Eiffel, France Excellence Europa, or Erasmus Mundus scholarships

Selection Criteria
Students who are eligible for the 2026 International Master’s Scholarships Program at Université Paris-Saclay will be selected based on academic background, strength of the personal project, and motivation for pursuing a PhD thesis at Université Paris-Saclay (particularly for M2 candidates). Applications are first shortlisted by Master’s programme coordinators before being evaluated by a jury of experts from the university’s Graduate Schools. A bonus system is in place for refugee students or those with subsidiary protection, in partnership with UNHCR and the MEnS association.
