Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following:

  • Must be an international student who is not a citizen, permanent resident, or resident visa holder of New Zealand or Australia
  • Must have received a conditional or unconditional offer of admission to one of the six eligible Business Masters programmes: MAppFin, MBusAn, MIntBus, MMgt, MMktg, or MProfAcctg at the University of Auckland Business School
  • Must have a minimum Grade Point Equivalent (GPE) of 6.00 for scholarship consideration
  • Must be a new student who has not yet commenced study in the enrolled programme; students who have already begun their programme are not eligible
  • Must be enrolled or enrolling full-time and as an on-campus student; distance education students are not eligible
  • Must not have previously received this scholarship for the same programme
  • The scholarship may not be deferred to a following semester; a new application must be submitted for the next intake
  • Must apply through the official University of Auckland scholarship application system before the stated closing date
