The University of Auckland Faculty of Engineering and Design BE(Hons) Award is an annual award offering up to five grants of NZ$1,000 each to first-year students enrolled in Part I of a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours (BE(Hons)) or a BE(Hons) conjoint degree at the University of Auckland, Waipapa Taumata Rau. Open to both domestic and international students, the award is offered by the Faculty of Engineering and Design to assist high-achieving first-year engineering students with their study costs and to recognise exceptional academic potential at the commencement of their undergraduate engineering journey.
