The Monash Graduate Impact 2030 Scholarship is awarded to students whose research aligns with one of the University’s Global Challenges (such as Thriving Communities, Climate Change, and Geopolitical Security) as outlined in Monash’s Impact 2030 strategy. The scholarship supports students with living costs while studying at a Monash campus in Australia, with a total scholarship value of $53,608 per annum (2026 rate) and two scholarships awarded each year — one in the Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS) disciplines, and one in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines.
Monash University is a leading Australian university with multiple campuses across Australia, as well as international campuses in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Italy (Prato). Impact 2030 is Monash’s institutional strategy, built around tackling society’s biggest Global Challenges through research, and this scholarship is one of several Monash initiatives designed to channel graduate research talent toward that strategy.
