Bocconi4Access to Education is Bocconi University’s financial aid scheme, based on both merit and need, aimed at promoting access to a plural, open, and accessible university for international students enrolled in the first year of a Bachelor’s degree or Law programme. Each opportunity consists of a full or partial tuition waiver based on the student’s and family’s economic and asset situation, and applicants are advised to submit the single “Bocconi4Access to Education” application, through which the University considers each student for all benefits, starting with the largest, until the available budget is exhausted.
Bocconi University, formally Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, is a private university in Milan, Italy, widely recognized as one of Europe’s leading institutions for economics, management, and law. It offers Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, Law, Specialized Master, and PhD programmes, alongside SDA Bocconi School of Management’s executive education offerings, and is known for its strong international rankings and global academic networks.

Selection Criteria
Applications are reviewed by Bocconi’s Fees, Funding and Housing Office, which verifies all submitted documents and assesses the economic and asset condition of the student’s family household. No benefit is assigned based on a single requisite; rather, the University evaluates each application for all benefits, starting with the largest, and tries to assign the one most corresponding to the family’s assessed situation, until all available resources are exhausted. Priority is given to complete applications submitted earliest and to families with the most severe economic and financial conditions. Results are published approximately 10 weeks after each round’s application deadline and notified through the MyApplication portal.
