The KAPSARC Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 12-month, career-launching program designed to provide recent graduates with practical experience and professional exposure across diverse career paths within a collaborative environment. Participants work on real projects, contribute to impactful advisory or enabling initiatives, and develop capabilities that support their long-term career growth across two tracks: the Consulting Track, where participants contribute to advisory projects in the energy sector while building structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, consulting, communication, and teamwork skills; and the Enabling Track, where participants support corporate operations, business development, investment management, and technical functions while developing strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and adaptability skills.
The King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) is a non-profit global institution dedicated to energy economics, policy, technology, and the environment, established in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, by the Saudi Arabian government. Headquartered in a purpose-built research campus in Riyadh, KAPSARC operates as a leading advisory think tank, producing peer-reviewed publications, policy analyses, and interactive analytical tools on energy, sustainability, and economic policy, and hosting the School of Public Policy.
