Selection Criteria
No separate scholarship application is required at Murdoch University Dubai. Eligibility for all Academic Merit Scholarships is automatically assessed upon submission of the applicant’s previous academic results as part of the university application process. Scholarship percentages are determined by the applicant’s prior academic performance, measured against published grade benchmarks for their specific country and curriculum. The Admissions Manager determines whether students have met the minimum criteria for each award. Scholarships are reviewed at the end of each trimester, and continuation is subject to the student maintaining minimum academic progression (at least a Pass in every unit). Students with extenuating circumstances affecting scholarship renewal may submit an appeal letter to the General Manager with supporting documentation.
