The ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences Academic Excellence Masters Scholarship is offered each year by the ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences to support, enable, and encourage international students to undertake studies in the arts, humanities, or social sciences at the college. There is no separate application process students are automatically considered based on meeting the eligibility criteria or conditions prescribed under the eligibility section.

Benefits of the Scholarship
This scholarship will provide the following to its recipients:
- Up to $20,000 per annum for one year, paid in two equal instalments per semester following the census date

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following:
- Must be an international student
- Must be a citizen of one of the following eligible countries: China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, and Indonesia (or as otherwise advertised by the College)
- Must receive an offer of admission to a Master or Master Advanced program (excluding the Master of Studies/Master of Studies Advanced) at the ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences

Selection Criteria
Recipients are selected based on academic merit. There is no separate application students are automatically considered upon meeting the eligibility criteria at the time of admission. Up to 10 awards are offered per year across eligible international students who receive an offer of admission to a qualifying Master or Master Advanced program at the ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences.
