Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be nationals of Non-EU/EEA countries (“third countries”)
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized national or international higher education institution (minimum 3-year degree program)
- Demonstrate strong academic performance throughout previous studies
- Have submitted or be submitting an application for admission to an eligible MCI master’s or executive master’s program
- Demonstrate current or past engagement in ideas and issues related to Europe
- Plan to write master’s thesis related to European topics
- English proficiency required include  IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent certificates
- Must be a fresh student required to pay the current annual tuition fee
- Available for first-year students only (renewable to second year based on performance)
- Submit complete application through official MCI application portal
- Provide statement (approximately 500 words) recounting current or past commitment to scholarship aims related to Europe with concrete evidence/documentation

Selection Criteria

Applications are evaluated through a two-stage process: first a pre-selection round reviewing all submitted materials, followed by interviews with shortlisted candidates conducted by a jury consisting of representatives from MCI and potentially the Ban Ki-moon Centre.
