The Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships are financed by the legacy of Justus and Louise van Effen, who established the Foundation with the aim of stimulating excellent international MSc students and supporting them financially in studying at TU Delft. Mr. van Effen studied at TU Delft in the 1940s and strongly believed that technological developments would contribute to solving societal issues. Two scholarships are awarded per faculty each year, offering full tuition fees plus a contribution towards living expenses for excellent international applicants (conditionally) admitted to one of TU Delft’s 2-year regular MSc programmes.
